Buru Island

Buru (formally written Buru) is the third largest island in the Maluku islands in the Malay archipelago. It lies between the Banda Sea, south Seram Sea and the northwest of the islands of Ambon and Seram. The island is part of the province of the Moluccas (Indonesia: Provinsi Maluku) and includes Buru Indonesia (Indonesian: kabupaten Buru) and South Buru (Indonesian: kabupaten Buru Selatan) regencies. Its administrative centers are respectively Nampole Namlea ports and major cities of the island. There is a military airport near the cargo Namlea civil support.
